The Way We Were
Oil on Canvas
12"x 16"
SOLD
In this piece, I wanted to capture the fragile beauty of memory — the way love softens and reshapes the past. The children exist in a suspended moment, touched by innocence. Their world is threaded with color, bubbles, and ribbons of light, as if memory itself were still breathing around them.
It’s a painting about tenderness, about the quiet protection we give and the nostalgia that remains long after. For me, it speaks to the sweetness of remembering who we once were — and how sibling love keeps those moments alive.
